I've run into an issue with any computers running on a Vodafone network not being able to download Windows updates.
While connected to either Vodafone broadband or 4g I get the error "we couldn't connect to the update service". I've had multiple different connections on at least 4 different machines with this exact issue.
Changing to another 4G connection from another company works without any issue.
I have tried using various different DNS configs while connected Vodafone to no avail.
It seems like there is some sort of block on the network.
