Unlimited SIM on a Draytek 4G router

I've had a Gigacube for the past few months but the contract is too locked in to be of much use to me. I bought a Draytek 4G router & a new unlimited SIM. However after configuration it is not connecting.

user: wap

pw: wap

The router recognises the card, but does not connect. It is a new SIM - not an upgrade, but is there a SIm card PIN I need to know?
