Updated Vodafone Broadband App loss of Functionality

The latest updated Vodafone Broadband App no longer supports/allows you to change the channel for your Wi-Fi on the new Vodafone router THG-3000.

On 5GHz I am now on channel 108, which I am unable to change.  Some of my 5GHz devices are unable to connect to the router.

How can I change the channel and stop auto scanning?

The latest firmware on the router unfortunately removed the ability to change wi-fi channels.  No one has had an explanation why. Until a further firmware update re-enables these options, and a further update of the app to re-implent access to the re-enabled options, there's nothing you can do.

I have this exact issue, now I can't connect Roku devices to 5G as it seems to be stuck on channel 52, despite ensuring auto is in compatibility mode and restarting the router etc, it remains on an incompatible channel.

The 2.4G channel simply lowers the quality of the video streamed.

Well done vodafone on making yet another customer unhappy.
