Vodafone Broadband app not showing connected devices

Initially the app showed my connected devices in the tile "Connected Devices". Now that is suddenly greyed out and the only way that I can see them is via the "Super Wifi" tile. Is this now the correct functioning of this app or can I get the "Connected Devices" tile working again?

I reset MAC Filtering to off in the router and the app now shows devices again.

I still can't get this to work. I have had it working, even got to the stage of naming devices and then suddenly it stopped showing deviced. My MAC filtering is off. I still get notifications for new devices connected. I don't want to do a factory reset as it's all nicely setup now.

I have reinstalled the app, deleted cache, it just doesn't make sense. My browser interface shows everything perfectly.

Hey @cacurcio. It's concerning to see that you're still experiencing this issue even after ensuring that your MAC filtering is toggled 'off'. I would firstly recommend taking a look at a similar Community thread here

Hi  yes I tried that and checked the similar "answers" previous to posting here. None of the threads helped. Also spoke with Vodafone directly on chat but it was as if I was speaking a different language as they reset my myVodafone credentials without my consent (to use an app that doesn't need login). I don't really need the app as I set everything using the browser interface but I'm curious why it doesn't work (and it did work the first time I tried and then stopped) I'm assuming it was either a setting on the router, or the fact some of my named devices may differ between the router and the phone app, ie: when I first opened the app, I had already named some devices using the web browser, then I noticed that same device had a different name when looking at it in the app, so I renamed it again in the app and then, I'm 99% sure after NO changes but device naming, it started showing as the previously attached picture.

Broadband not working

Hi @Suetaff61. It's disappointing to hear that you're experiencing an issue with your broadband connection. I would recommend running a quick test using our Broadband Service Test tool online to check for faults with your broadband connection – you’ll need your My Vodafone login details to do this.

If our test can’t find any connection issues, you can find more help on our Broadband Support hub.

@Jason if you'd read the thread you'd have seen the broadband connection is fine. The problem is the next-to-useless app.

@RipshodIf you read the thread @Suetaff61 is a new poster, and her problem has nothing to do with the app. Not sure why she posted here.
