Have received an email from ipabuse at vodafone, saying they have detectng emails being sent out from my IP which are scam emails, I have donne a mallwarebytes scab and is all clean, is this genuine emaiil address, says I have 24 hours to sort

Try clicking on the sender, this will reveal the originating email address.  Also see here: Protecting you against phishing

My advice is to leave any email address you do not recognise well alone and instead contact Vodafone on 0333 3040191 or via the Vodafone Social Media Team's via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries and they'll get this officially clarified for you.
