Welcome to Vodafone Community
When you cancelled your account via giving 30 days notice or cancelled within the cooling off period did you then pay the final bill via direct debit which takes around 2-4 weeks to produce.
Did you leave the direct debit in place ?
And then did you recieve a Sorry your leaving letter and a £0 bill or similar which confirms cancellation ?
My apologies at having to send you elsewhere to engage with Vodafone UK as I appreciate you came here , signed up and created a post to reach out for help but the Team here can no longer help with Account based issues.
But it's the same Social Media Teams here that help and assist via Facebook and Twitter.
Things have changed as they have decided that help and assistance with account based issues would be best supported that way.
I appreciate not everyone wants to use Social Media however it takes but a few moments to create a Twitter account and then can be forgotten if necessary. Just a thought.

The best way to get this immediately clarified is for you to contact the Broadband Team direct, they will be able to clarify if there is anything further owing on the account and advise how to make payment to clear the account.
When you cancel, there are always two further bills to be produced and you won't receive the final 0.00 bill to confirm there is nothing further owing on the agreement until the following month.
You can find how to contact the Team on this link: Broadband and Home Phone FAQs
yes I did all of that and they still kept sending them so I rang them up and they told me that no more bills were getting took out but they are still sending me messages
@Lauryn - I’m sorry to hear you’re still getting these messages when you’ve cancelled your account.
When you do this, please include the link to this thread and your username.
