Been with voxi for a few years and only recently got a Vodafone broadband connection.
unable to log into Vodafone as it says it doesn’t support voxi accounts.
also can’t call Vodafone as puts me through to voxi who then cut you off as they don’t have a phone team
anyone any idea?

I’m still baffled as to how my order has been cancelled when I just got connected.

I’ve tried it all nothing working.
doesn’t recognise land line number either. Or order number.
anytime I manage to speak to a human they have the same issue.

The Social Team don't have access to broadband accounts and can only give general advise @Jayach and will refer back to support.
@CammyC89 I am sure your problem here is using the same log in information as your Voxi account, and you will need to set up a separate account for your broadband account, follow this link support . The account will need alternative log in information from your Voxi account, clear all cookies before trying to set up the account.
If there are any problems contact the dedicated broadband Team on 08080 034 515.
edited to add: Take a look at Vodafone Together , this will enable you to have the account in one place and save some money in the process.

So Vodafone are incapable of separating voxi accounts and Vodafone accounts? Surely not.
I can’t have separate details, I only have one email address so they will be the same.

They do, once you have passed security, and can then look into why a problem such as this is occurring, and give advice.
But yes, they can't actually take any action to resolve it.
At least, that is how I understand it.

Vodafone sim only deals aren’t great when you compare them to voxi so I think I’ll pass on that.
it shouldn’t be beyond a company to differentiate between Vodafone and voxi accounts.

Still no further forward
Now broadband line still connected, aswell as the new Vodafone line.
number was meant to port today, now have no phone line at all.
just to add to the issues the newly installed Cityfibre line outside has split. Still waiting on a phone call to deal with that.

As easy as that sounds I cannot call Vodafone as they haven’t set up my account so any calls get directed to Voxi which then tells me to go online.
It’s a never ending line of incompetence.
issue was meant to be sorted yesterday, call yesterday to say the person I spoke to last week in complaints did nothing. So still in the same situation. Told to wait another few days.
phone line disconnected in property so no access to that.
