Whenever I try to access sites on the Internet Archive's Wayback machine (web.archive.org) via my Voda broadband it times out; it works fine on my 3 mobile, so the site is not down.

Try changing the Vodafone default DNS to a free DNS such as Google, 8.8.8.8 / 8.8.1.1 or Cloudflare, 1.1.1.1 / 1.0.0.1.
