I have just been with vodafone for a few hours and regretting it already. Trying to connect my laptop to the Wi Fi and continuously told the password is incorrect, if I do manage to get passed that I am told I can't connect to that network. I tried ringing to speak to an actual person but it was an automated person and they wanted a PIN? I haven't got a pin. I have never had this problem before and having to wait for the broadband to be connected and now this. I missed so much work today
Sorry to go on but can anyone help with the wi fi password that doesn't work.

The easy way would be to short press the WPS button on the router and then use your devices to automatically discover the password for themselves.

Thank you so much! So simple if you know what you are doing. Why don't they say this in the set up instructions it could have saved me so much grief yesterday.
