Why does my £10 big value bundle not have 6GB data as advertised on the website?

It's usually 2GB but as per the website is now 6gb.
I would assume the extra 4gb will be added to use but won't show in the readout of the data allowance.
Customer service on 191 or Live Chat can access your account and officially clarify for you @Callamart

Hi @Callamart
With the BVB's being on promotion with extra data you will use the 2GB first and when this has been used the 4GB will kick in and you will be able to see how much of the extra promotional allowance is remaining.
