Visited shop twice, talked to techincal twice, last week they admitted there was a "glitch" in my pay as you go sim not receiving 4G despite living in a strong signal area.
They said it would take a few days to sort out, could not give it a more accurate time scale
Well I am still waiting, and I will not go away

I suspect that the Forum Team must have missed your earlier post, as that seems to hve been 5 days ago now.
