BVB Expired. No option to select new BVB on TopUp

My BVB expired at midnight, 2 NOV. It is now 3 NOV. I have logged in, selected TopUps, clicked on Choose Bundle (there is no 'Choose a Service' as mentioned in "Then opt for ‘Choose a service’ to buy your Big Value Bundle."

 

Question 1: How to a buy a £15 BVB?

2. There has been a few posts about live chat. They can become very busy. Try accessing it via a computer, clear caches and cookies, or try another browser and ensure any pop up blockers is not on. Leave the chat window open.

Maybe I should rephrase my initial question. How do I RENEW by Big Value Bundle? 

 

The link you sent takes me to a login page, and once I have logged in, there is no option to choose a BVB. Just Extras. Please seen attached screenshot.

 

(Also.. There is no link to your live chat. Just a picture that does not link anywhere.)

Your BVB should renew automatically, provided you have enough funds on your balance to do so. Also, looking at the options in your screenshot of 12.43.43, I'd guess that it has renewed, and that the only further options available to you would be the Extras listed.

 

When you log in to your account, you should see your current balance, and also the details of any product currently active on your account. So, if your BVB did renew early this morning, I'd expect to see the next one, with allowances and an expiry date of 2 December. Alternatively, you could check the situation by calling the credit line on 2345. You'll be informed of your balance; if you choose Option 2, followed by Option 1, and again by Option 1, you should hear your remaining allowances and the expiry date.

 

If you're still stuck, then I find that http://vodafone.uk/2c2Y1uD when used on a PC gives me the Contact page, plus an engagement window popping up screen right for Live Chat. I checked it just now before offering it to you, and the engagement window popped up, showing Live Chat as available.
