Big Bundle Problem

I topped up my account before the £10 big bundle expired and my account is set to renew but this hasn't happened and now my account is showing £2.50 i.e. not enough to renew the big bundle?

Has your Credit been used to make calls, texts and use data ?

 

Something has glitched if you had top up on ready for the BVB renewal. 

 

I'd suggest to call Customer services on 191 and or use Live Chat.
