Big bundle

Hi I topped up my phone and texted for the £10 big bundle. I got a text saying I will be notified when the bundle has been added but that was yesterday and I still haven't been notified and I have also checked my balance and it has not went threw. Anyone know how to fix this?

Is your £10 still showing on your available credit @jennagaffney

If so I’d suggest to turn Off Mobile Data in the phones settings to stop the daily data connection charge being taken from it. 

There can sometimes be a delay in the bundle kicking in or your refresh date isn’t ready yet. 

Check in your myvodafone for your dates and current bundle tariff. 

Customer services on 191 and Live Chat can help further if necessary.
