hi my contract run out yesterday i notified vodafone last month that i was switching to big value bundle this morning i had no service on my mobile so i topped up £10 that gave me 250 minutes unlimited texts 2gb data later on in the day i went into my vodafone account i was shocked to see there was £4.65 had been taken from the £10 top up it showed 30pence for text there was also money taken for calls and money taken from data every one down the list said voice voice voice what is this voice is it some app on my phone that needs turned off im using iphone 5s  thanks

What type of contract ran out yesterday ?

i.e. Was it a Pay Monthly Contract that has run its 2 year term and you've asked for it to be changed to Payg which takes 30 days to complete.

How did you switch to the Big Bundle ?


Your myvodafone should show what type of Payg option your using such as the Big Value Bundle or Pay-as-you-go-plans > Payg-1 {Link}

I think the best next step for you would be to call 191 customer services or use Live Chat and they'll access your account to clarify what's happened.
