I am not happy with Vodafone I've just bought a ten pound value bundle I had ten pound credit but three hours later no bundle but it's taken credit I wish I'd stayed with EE this is shocking I can't speak to anyone either it's 00.33 closed God NVR had this with EE
Live Chat is 24/7 so should have been available to use.
Sometimes a bundle can have a slight delay in updating.
