Calling troubles

I have a £10 big value bundle w unlimited minutes and texts but when I ring a number the number is an automated service number it tells me I have no calling credit available and I can’t make the call but I have unlimited minutes.

You need to make sure the bundle is still active @Ellaxx the application and calling 2345 will give the information you need. 

This also depends on the number you may be calling an out of bundle number and need additional credit for calling the number.

I did I rung up 2345 straight after and it said I have £10 big value bundle with unlimited minutes and texts etc but it still isn’t letting me ring that number and telling that I have no calling credit
