Cant send texts, error 95??

Basically cant send texts to anyone. Can receive texts, can make and receive calls, just cant send texts.

 

It says sending for 1-2 minutes then says "error 95"

 

This has been a recurring issue for months and i need it fixed.

 

What do i do?

Please Check that your Vodafone Messaging Centre number is correct in your phone's settings.

You can find the settings usually by looking in the Vodafone Device Guide.

And as a process of elimination try your sim card in another phone and then see what happens.

Customer services on 191 , Live Chat or the Vodafone Social Media Team's via Twitter DM or Facebook Messenger can check your account.

You don't mention how long you have been with Vodafone.  If you have ported over a number this may well be something for the Porting Team to investigate on your behalf.

 

If you have been with Vodafone for some time and have only just started to have problems, try going into your setting > applications > scroll down to messages > storage > clear cache and data.

 

If you have had your SIM for some time, try a replacement SIM through web chat passing data protection and activate the SIM here: SIM swap
