Data 20GB but can't use after 500mb

Hye i bought this sim for 25£ at airport with 20GB data. And when i was using it i receive a text my data going to finish. But yet i never take much serious because i knew 20Gb wont be end  fast. But now after 500mb finished i can't use my data. So how about the 20GB as tgey said?

Are you able to check in your myvodafone app and your online myvodafone to see what your account says @Lakshmi13 

This will also confirm what your actual data allowance is and what type of Payg Tariff is activated.

I can see the Big Value Bundle for £20 that gives 20Gb of Data. Pay-as-you-go-plans/big-value-bundles.

Also check no Data Bars have been activated in your myvodafone.

You can also check your remaining allowances by calling 2345

Also have a look in your phone to see if it has a feature where you can set the limit of data that can be used. For example my Samsung Note has this.
