Data not working

Hi 
I just brought 500mb data for 5pund. But it seems like it ain't working.

anyone who knows how to solve it or what the problem might be?

Hi,

 

Check in your myvodafone app and online myvodafone that it has updated. There can be sometimes a slight delay. 

 

Check in your phone that Mobile Data is toggled to On. 

 

Are there any data connection icons such as gprs,3G, 4G in the phones status bar. 

 

Did data connection work before you topped up ?

 

Try your SIM card in another phone. 

 

Try texting WEB to 40127

Please check if you've not already done so what the Vodafone Network Mast Status Checker is reporting for your area.

Your Local masts may show as OK so Please also use the Zoom out feature in the map to check surrounding masts for issues.

Hi @millamøller

 

If you have added 500mb extra data on top of your Big Value or Freebee by calling 34441 to choose your extra data, please be aware that there will always be a slight delay before the extra allowance is active on your account.  You will probably find your extra will kick in at midnight tonight.

 

Please also be aware the the extra data will be on a rollover basis and will automatically renew on day 30.  There is further information about the allowance on the link below.
