Hi, I am also having problems getting my pay-as-you-go number reconnected. I have had five on-line chats and one phone call, get different information each time and a reconnection date that passes with no change. The situation isn't helped by my forgetting my security answers in the ten years since I last logged in. Unfortunately the account reset email only sends a validation code to the telephone number that has been disconnected. Would a moderator mind PMing me another way that I can progress this, please? Thanks very much.
Yes I ve seen your reply and have done what you said by leaving a message to the team, which hasn't been of any help. We are asked to call a mobile number (fraud team)which is not free of charge ,I have already paid 5 pounds for nothing I don't want to give my whole other supplier credit to vodafone I'm too tired to repeat again and again the same thing for nothing, so I won't try anymore, thanks anyway,
