I have a dongle [90 days], how do I check how much data is left and how do I top up? I do not have a mobile etc account.

Maybe one of the device guides may also help to see data usage stats similar to deviceguides.vodafone.co.uk/vodafone/k5160-windows-10/connection/view-data-usage/ 

Alternatively do you have a phone you can insert the sim into and use the myvodafone app or myvodafone online option.
