Although I receive "Error ref 1w0" warning and the required fee was not reflected on my line, a charge was taken from my credit card. What is the action I should do about it?
If Vodafone do not collect payment then the funds that have been probably gated off by your bank will return to your account funds in a few working days.
Unfortunately your uploaded picture cannot be allowed as it shows your mobile phone number.
If you want blur out your number and re upload it.
Vodafone customer services on 191, Live Chat or the Vodafone Social Media Team's via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries can clarify any pending accounts movements.

Hi @hudaavsaroglu, if the funds are showing in a pending state with the bank, as advised by @BandOfBrothers, if these have not reached us, they'll likely be return automatically.
