How to active my data on my phone as I changed phone numbers. They said I have to go to Vodafone website but I don’t know what to do.

@Ywang It's disappointing to hear you're having difficulty activating your data, I understand how unsatisfying this can be. As you've mentioned you've changed your number, I'd recommend resetting your network settings. You can do this by texting 'WEB' to 40127. If you need any further help with this, please let us know.
