How to change my sim card?

Hello,

I currently have a regular sim card in my old phone but now I want to use an iPhone 5, so I need a nano sim card. I'm not living on the UK but I often come back, and I need a new sim card for next month. How can I get one without changing number etc.. ?

Thank you

Pierre

HI there

When you get back into the UK, visit your nearest Vodafone store.  They will provide you with the correct sized SIM for your device and activate it for you so that your number moves over to it.

Do remember to keep your PAYG line active whilst abroad by making a call or sending the occassional text in order to prevent it from becoming suspended.

Thanks for the answer. Shame I can't receive one by mail but I'll go to a Vodafone store when I'll be back. And thank you for the tip, I make calls from time to time to make sure I won't lost my line.

I'm afraid Vodafone won't post SIM cards abroad.

Usually it is best to go into store as when they activate your SIM card in store, it is usually up and running in minutes.  Please be aware that it can take up to 24 hours to complete.

Good to know !
