Hello, I lost my SIM card. I’m a pay as you go customer, is it possible to get a new one back with the same number? Thanks.

Hi @Adrianhhp

 

You won't have any problem getting a replacement sim card with the same number. Pop into a Vodafone store and after answering some security questions, they will activate a replacement sim for your use with any credit on the lost sim transferred. 

 

If the lost sim had a lot of credit, it is advisable to ask Vodafone to cancel the sim.
