Hello
I topped up the data on my mobile broadband dongle. When I went to use it's stating i need top up
The transaction was successful and it is pending in my bank account.
I done a live chat and the jist of the conversation was I've to contact my bank and complete a form.
Is this right? There is enough money in the account etc.

Live chat should have accessed your account to find out is the data pack is pending on your mobile broadband PAYG account.
If you have followed this link to add your data pack: PAYG top up
and the pack is not available by tomorrow morning, this is going to need further investigation from the Team.

You need to buy a data pack in order to use the internet on your dongle, Mobile Wi-Fi, iPad or tablet mybkexperience.
