Is the My Vodafone App available on the Play Store?  Having issues dowloading it direct from Vodafone

Yes definitely available @James_5

 

However, it will be the same application, try clearing cookies, history on your phone and downloading over WiFi, this will provide a quicker connection. When you first access the application to locate your account you need to use the mobile Internet. 

 

If you are pay monthly and have your online account running the application should follow.

This is a PAYG phone that I reset to factory setings before inserting a new Vodafone SIM card.

 

Howevre, I cannot find the app on the Play Store. Please advise.
