My Vodafone top up voucher never went through and I have not received my £10 credit

I bought a £10 top up voucher around 3 days ago and I’m still waiting to revive the credit it said it could take up to 15minutes but it’s been a lot longer than 15 minutes. WHERE IS MY CREDIT

If this was my situation I'd call Customer service on 191 and they'll access your account and check the status of your top up.

I'm sure they'll be able to remedy this for you and get your allowances going.
