Hey, I just brought the big value bundle and my internet keeps saying “ you are not subscribed to a mobile data service”. “could not activate mobile data network”.
ive texted web to 40 127
and checked online no help at all

The reason for you being unable to access the internet will be due to you using the credit to purchased the BVB and not having any additional credit.
When you purchase a Big Value, it will kick in at midnight on the day of purchase and you will probably find with your data allowance active tomorrow morning you won't have any problems browsing from your phone.
The best thing to do is to check from your phone application, this will always give information on your active bundles.
