I don’t have voicemail. 

I cannot set this up.

All I’m told when I ring voicemail is..System is currently unavailable. I’ve tried the testing STATE and several others ways that I’ve been advised. No joy. Last week a Vodafone advisor told  me that he had set it all up, and to wait 30 minutes , restart my phone and I’d have VM. 

Still no joy.

My 2 years son is disabled, so I really need voicemail to be set up on my phone.

Try dialing ##002# to cancel all diverts and setting this up again from the divert settings on your phone. You can turn on voicemail by dialling 1211and manage diverts from here: How do I manage my call diverts? .  If you are on PAYG you will only be able to divert to voicemail.

Id suggest to again try another Customer services agent on 191 or Live Chat to access your account to help ?

Maybe the first agent didn't finalise the set up somehow. 

Current Phone > Samsung Note 20 Ultra 5G - SM9860 Snapdragon.
