NUC code not working

I received NUC code, I entered this code with another network sim, but still not accepted

any solution to solve my issue?

Is the new network Sim card activated ?

i.e it connects to mobile network data.

Are you in the UK?

May I ask what model and make of phone are you unlocking too ?

Samsung Galaxy s²³ Ultra 512gb Phantom Black.

 

 

Sim activated for more than 30 days, yes phone connected to the internet via wifi, yes I am in the UK, phone Samsung S8 plus,(G955F)
