Need advice on my vodafone app

I recently moved to iphone from a huawei and I installed the my vodafone app and It keeps saying that my mobile data connection is off when it is not and I have credit, I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but no difference, I've kept the same number etc but it just won't let me access the app. Some advice would be great. Thank you

Please see this article from Vodafone blog, it will give a good explanation on moving from Android to iphone.

How to move your data from Android to iOS

When you uninstall the Application from your phone, before reinstalling it is important to unstall from your Apple account, if this is not done you will only reinstall the back up version.

 

However, you shouldn't be having these problems with the application, I would also recommend going into the application from your phone and delete data and cache and see if that helps.
