Hi @Antoniop
This means your SIM is no longer communicating with the network. If you are PAYG and have not used the phone for 7 months the most likely cause will be disconnection for non use.
If you can try your SIM in an alternative phone if it doesn't work it will confirm a SIM problem, if it works it will be a phone problem. You can also check your network from the coverage checker at the top of the page.
If the SIM has been disconnected you will need a new SIM and this will have a different number.
