My wife recently acquired a iPhone 6 and changed her Vodafone sim to a new micro sim, also transferred her number to the new sim.
When used with her old iPhone 4S she not have 4G which was thought due to the old phone.
But now with the iPhone 6 with latest IOS still cannot receive 4G even though our area is well covered by 4G indoor or out.
Any clues/tips why not.
There is an ongoing issue with some new payg SIMs where 4G has not been added.
Live chat or customer services will be able to get the service enabled by disconnecting and reconnecting the number. Alternatively, the forum team will be able to pick up the thread and help.
If the account is in your wife's name for data protection she will need to contact Vodafone.
