Hello, I put balance in my number, but the amount has not entered, has already been debited from the card, I tried 2 times, and did not enter balance, the number is correct

Sometimes it can take a short while.for the credit to show in your myvodafone.
Also the money showing as taken may only have been gated off by your bank awaiting Vodafone to collect.
If you ring Vodafone on 191 or use Live Chat they can check your account status.
If you ring your bank they can confirm about the money side of things.
