Looking at the specs on Gsmarena here and from Vodafone here , it looks to be a nice mid range phone.
Whether it would suitable for a person really depends on that person , and their wants and needs from a phone.
Obviously the phone itself would have been supplied by Vodafone or unlocked to all Network's to accept a Vodafone UK Sim card.
Perhaps take a look at some YouTube reviews and share those with the person who maybe the new owner, and if possible see if their is a working retail model in a Vodafone Highstreet Store or alternative independent to let them have a go with it to see if it's suitable.
Vodafone does have a 14 day cooling off period too.
