Came over to Vodafone about 10 days ago, still cannot receive incoming calls or texts even though I can make outgoing calls and send texts.
I've been told I need to wait another 3 days until the porting team can figure out if it actually came over from Virgin in one piece.
I am self-employed and this is NOT acceptable, looking for any help/advice.
This sounds like a Split Port which only the Vodafone Porting In Teams can deal with @sarahp500
It sounds like this has been escalated already.
I hope this is sorted out asap.
