Hi @DSMITH75 you are going to have to persevere with calling, using livechat, you could also try Facebook or twitter but no one here will have access to your account to get that for you.

To pass the required security checks to prove your the account holder @DSMITH75 you will need to contact customer support I'm afraid.
A PAC cannot be issued via this Vodafone Forum.
Perhaps ring 191 and choose the 'thinking of leaving' option which should get you through to the Retentions Department who can issue the Pac.
The Vodafone Social Media Teams via Vodafone Facebook and Vodafone Twitter can also help.

Please do not cancel your Direct Debit until the final bill has been paid which can take Vodafone around 2-4 weeks to produce and collect payment along with any relevant refunds and a following Sorry your Leaving Letter and a £0 bill as per When-will-I-receive-my-final-bill. Keep these.
