To get your Pac @Shukriya78 you'll need to phone customer services on 191 or via their landline number. 

Vodafone contact-us.

It cannot be given to you from this forum team. 

A Pac allows a person to move their number from Vodafone UK to another UK Network. 

As soon as you give the Pac to your new network the Vodafone UK Account will close. 

Therefore ensure you use up any credit or minutes, texts and data allowances before using the Pac as any of these that are unused will be lost.
