It has been nearly a year when i was sent an email by the vodaphone web sotre in South africa confirming i will recive my refund. Nothing as yet.

£75 Pounds Lost.

Another Order was never collected by DPD even though a return was requested within 14 days.

Another £100 lost

Phone calls never answered and if they are it is after a long wait....
