Hi I have just brought £10 credit to put on my phone and Iv gone through to do a £10 bundle and was all going okay and then I just cut out. I then re callled and it said I have no credit or no mins not text or data. I’m really annoyed as now I can’t contact anyone. Can you sort this please

There is a delay when purchasing a bundle and you will probably find the  bundle active at midnight. 

 

If you have the my Vodafone application on the phone you will be able to see your bundle. If it is not available by tomorrow morning love chat or customer services will be able to help.
