Do you mean your Payg account or your forum.account @Michyx 

If Payg account then it will auto suspend and deactivate after 180 days + 90 days of non usage.

If you mean your Vodafone Community Forum Account then you can do this yourself.in your preference settings.

My old Vodafone payg account is a duplicate since I registered with a new number for a new online account. How can I delete the duplicate old account?

Hi there @Anonymous 👋 While your online account for your previous number wouldn't be able to be deleted, you should be able to register your new number with a new username. This means you'll just need to log in to one account for your new number.
