I have swapped numbers from 02 to vodafone. And i can not receive calls or txt. I have spoke to numerous advisors all are filling me with the same rubbish.
I use my phone for buisness and calls from my daughter. Vodafone dont care. I need this sorted. Any advice guys
Ask Customer Services on 191 to escalate this to the Porting In Teams.
Tell them you believe this is a Split Port.
If your on a Business Account then the Team here are not able to access your account.
Hi thanks for the reply. I am pay as you go.
I have been on live chat about 20 times and called 191 before. They didnt really no the problem. Its very frustrating being with out a phone for incoming calls.

When you ring 191 use the Split Port buzz word.
