Reward item not delivered and no email or text.

I used some of my points to order an item via the Vodafone app on 02/07/2020 and to this date (over two weeks later) no item has been delivered, I have not received any email contact at all in reference to my order nor any text messages - not even one when I initially ordered.  And yes, I have checked the spam folder.  The 2000 points were instantly deducted from my balance though, so it's not something on my end.  The mistake/error is on your end.

What gives?

I would then suggest to speak with Vodafone Customer services via 191 or Live Chat  

Or the Vodafone Social Media Teams via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries can help @Anonymous 

I'd suggest Twitter and link back to your thread here including your forum username so your not having to repeat yourself.

Unfortunately there is no account access assistance via this forum.

Hi @Anonymous This isn't what we like to hear! I'd recommend popping us a message over Facebook or Twitter here, explaining which Item you'd ordered. I'm sure we can track this down for you 😊

@Jack I've already done that via Twitter (I don't use Facebook), and have been waiting over 24 hours for a reply.  And your live chat won't open, it just sits there saying "Loading, please wait...." for hours.
