I used my reward points to buy extra minutes for 7 days and my reward points have gone but I have not recovered my extra minutes

It can take 24 hours for the reward to go to your account and this should show when calling 2345, the phone application and online account.

If it's been longer, Customer Services or live chat will be able to help.

Sometimes the Rewards allowance is there, but a bit obscure. Check the My Products and Services page on the application, or further down/across the page on your online account, just to make sure it isn't hiding!
