Why, went I want VF to stop nagging me with offers I don't want and I text STOP SMS to 9774, I get an instant acknowledgement but which then says it may take up to 28 days, so I'm still being nagged after 3 days. I know that's not 28 days, but if you can automate an acknowledgement, then automate taking a number off. I bet it doesn't take 28 days to add a number to such a nag (=sales) list, in fact I know this to be true since certain things I have signed up to start nagging me straight away. Customers don't like being "used" or taken for being stupid
