Welcome to Vodafone Community
I'm a bit rusty, so maybe this is now standard practice? Or perhaps the meaning of "on us" has changed since I last looked?
A new phone, the actual offer, and the detail:
I am thinking along the same lines as @BandOfBrothers As an example a well know catalogue site sells the phone for £209.00.
I wonder if this is even a mistype by Vodafone and they have left a £100,00 of the price and it should be £199.00 with the inclusive BVB. The company could well be making quite a loss on the sale of this phone.
Edited to add: @TJ . Would there be an answer to the question raised on this thread.
It looks like this was already updated on the 28th September and was a mistake from our end on the website - https://www.vodafone.co.uk/mobile/phones/pay-as-you-go/xiaomi/redmi-note-10-5g
I hope that clears things up, very well spotted @Annie_N 👍
Thanks, @TJ! Glad it was sorted out promptly.
The price now seems to have gone up to something more "realistic." Luckily I wasn't actually wanting to buy, and refraining on principle - just window-shopping!
