I says in my screen simm not valid

Is it inserted into a phone that is either unlocked to all networks or accepts Vodafone sim cards @Bestbrenda46 ?

 

Have you tried to top it up  ?

I’ve just joined Vodafone on Pay as you go

 

Good news – you don’t need to activate your SIM as it should already be active

 

Pop your SIM into your device and switch it on – see our device guides for instructions if you need guidance on how to do thisWait for your phone to display a signal and the Vodafone symbol – this can take up to 24 hours but is usually much quicker "

Customer Service on 191 or Live Chat can access your account to help as well as can the Vodafone Social Media Team here if you prefer to wait until they reach your thread. 

And or pop in to a Vodafone Highstreet Store or supermarket etc and pick up a new Payg sim card and bun that one.
