I just tried to top up my balance [Removed] for 5 GBP. Once I confimed the payment your system showed the next error:

As far as I see, the balance doesn't changed, but my bank charged me for 5 GBP. I had the same situation when I tried to use your sim-card in January, 2019.
Could you please solve the problem and return my money or top up the balance?
